What is SpotCard?

SpotCard is a bank-card sized tracking card that works with Apple’s Find My network to help you locate your wallet, bag, and other valuables.

How does SpotCard work?

SpotCard connects to your iPhone or iPad via Bluetooth and links to the Find My app. If you misplace an item, you can see its location and make it ring.

Does SpotCard have its own app?

No. SpotCard uses Apple’s built-in Find My app — no extra app required.

Does SpotCard work with Android?

No. SpotCard is built for the Apple ecosystem only (iPhone, iPad, Mac).

What is the range?

Bluetooth range is typically up to a few dozen meters. Beyond that, Apple’s Find My network helps: nearby Apple devices anonymously relay the location to the cloud.

Does SpotCard work abroad?

Yes. As long as Apple devices are nearby and the Find My network is active, you can locate SpotCard in any country.

How long does the battery last?

Around 4–5 months per charge. Recharge using a wireless charger.

Is SpotCard waterproof?

Yes. IP67-rated — remains functional after up to 30 minutes at up to 1 meter depth.

Can SpotCard be used to track people or pets?

SpotCard is designed for finding items. If you choose to use it otherwise, follow local laws and privacy rules — responsibility stays with the user.

Can you see my SpotCard location?

No. Location data is encrypted and we cannot see it. Only you (and anyone you share your Apple account with) can see it.

What if my SpotCard is stolen?

You can check the last known location in Find My and enable Lost Mode. You can also make it ring (if nearby) or remove it from your account.
