General Terms of Sale

These terms of sale apply to purchases of goods and services in the online store at www.spotcard.eu between the buyer (hereinafter the Consumer) and the company LAPPES HOLDINGS OÜ (hereinafter the Seller or the Online Store).

In addition to the terms set out on this page, the legal relationship between the Consumer and the Online Store is governed by the Estonian Law of Obligations Act (hereinafter the LOA), the Consumer Protection Act (hereinafter the CPA), and other relevant legislation in force in the Republic of Estonia.

Pricing and Delivery Information

All prices displayed in the Online Store are in euros.

Shipping options, carriers, delivery destinations, and applicable fees are shown at checkout. Dispatch times and estimated delivery times may vary depending on the destination and the selected delivery method.

Unless otherwise stated on the product page (e.g., pre-orders or a stated dispatch date), orders are typically dispatched no later than the next business day. In exceptional cases, dispatch may take up to 5-15 business days.

If a date is stated in the product description indicating when deliveries to customers will begin, that date shall apply and the delivery time shall be calculated from that date.

Parcels are not dispatched on public holidays or weekends.

Placing an Order

Add the desired products to the shopping cart. To place an order, click “Checkout”. To finalize your order, enter the required information and choose a suitable payment method from the list.

Payment methods available at checkout may include card payments, bank links, and other local payment options, depending on your location. Where applicable, payment links and payment processing may be provided by Montonio Finance or other authorized payment service providers.

The Seller is the controller of personal data and transmits the personal data necessary for payment processing to authorized processors (e.g., Montonio Finance) in accordance with applicable law. Payments are made in euros. In the case of a bank transfer, payment information can be found on the invoice delivered to your email inbox.

Before confirming your order, please verify that the information entered in the fields is correct, review the contents of your cart, and read these terms of sale.

Processing of paid orders is automatic, and under normal conditions the ordered goods and the invoice will be sent to your email address within one hour. Physical products are delivered according to the speed of the postal/logistics system.

The Online Store is not liable for delays in delivery to the Customer if the delivery was delayed due to circumstances beyond the Online Store’s control that the Online Store could not foresee or influence.

Right of Withdrawal and Procedure for Submitting Claims

The Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded in the online store within 14 days after receiving the order. The right of withdrawal does not apply if the customer is a legal entity.

To return goods, the Consumer must notify the Online Store of the wish to return the goods in writing to customer support at hello@spotcard.eu.

The Consumer has the right to a refund if the goods do not correspond to the description provided in the Online Store or are defective. The Online Store is not responsible for defects that occur after the goods have been handed over to the buyer. In the event of a return, the Online Store will refund the payments related to the sales contract within 14 days.

In the case of a defective or incorrect product, the Online Store will reimburse the costs related to the return. To receive compensation, contact customer support within 14 days at hello@spotcard.eu. The Online Store may refuse to issue a refund until it has received the returned goods or until the buyer has provided evidence that the goods have been sent back, whichever occurs first.
